Registration

The registration process should be performed electronically via the conference website. Here is a link to the registration form.

Registration Fees

Students 290 € 350 €

The fees will include:

  • Conference Proceedings
  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Coffee breaks and social events

Terms & Conditions

For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings and the technical programme, the corresponding author must register before April 8, 2011.

Student rate attendees must send by email to the conference secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full-time student.

Registration fees should be paid electronically. Detailed information will be available soon at the conference website.

Refund Policy

Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 Euro if a request is received in writing one month before the conference. Registrants are liable for their full fees after May 9, 2011 (i.e. NO REFUND will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
