For each accepted paper at least one registration as presenting author is required. The presenting author must register by April 30, 2015 to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the abstract book.

ECCOMAS Thematic Conference

CM3 is the 1st of the series of ECCOMAS Thematic Conferences organized by the ECCOMAS Industrial Interest Group (IIG).

ECCOMAS is the European Community on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences. Further information can be found: www.eccomas.org.

Submissions

Abstracts

People interested in submitting a contribution to CM3 conference are requested to submit one to four pages abstract no later than March 31, 2015. The abstracts of the accepted contributions will be collected in a book.

Submission of abstracts as well as conference registration should be performed electronically via the conference website.

Full-length papers

The selected papers to be submitted by August 15, 2015 will follow a peer review process and will be published tentatively by Springer-ECCOMAS.

The conference participants willing to contribute to this book have to submit an abstract to the conference organizers during the conference.

Mini-symposiums and Special Technology Round Table Sessions

If you are interested in organizing a Mini-symposium (MS) or Special Technology Round Table Session (STS) at the conference, please contact the conference secretariat. Send us a proposed name for MS or STS and a short description.

Terms & Conditions

For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings and the technical programme, the corresponding author must register before April 30, 2015.

1st member of a company should pay the full delegates’ fee (450 €). Next members of the same company can have a reduced fee (half price) after the 1st delegate has registered and paid his fee. To apply for this reduced fee, please contact the conference secretariat for a code.

Registration fees should be paid electronically. Detailed information is available at the registration form.

There is an 80 € extra charge for accompanying persons wishing to attend the dinner.

Refund Policy

Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 € if a request is received in writing to conference secretariat one month before the conference. Registrants are liable for their full fees after April 25, 2015 (i.e. NO REFUND will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.

The already paid registration can be transferred (without additional charges) to another participant from the same university, research institute or company.
